Jennifer attended Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy and graduated with honors. After suffering from debilitating sciatica and trying all types of treatments with no success, she discovered the benefits of Bonnie Prudden Myotherapy®. She then attended the Bonnie Prudden School of Myotherapy in Tucson, AZ where she earned the title of Certified Bonnie Prudden® Myotherapist. Jennifer also holds a Bachelors Degree in History from Binghamton University. She is the proud mother of three: Abigayle (19), Charles (15) and Maxwell (13). In her spare time she enjoys fitness, watching her children play sports, and travel. She is currently studying to become a Reiki master to further aid in her patients overall health.
Jennifer strives to see the whole patient, not just the diagnosis. The complexity of pain requires one to be knowledgeable, critically evaluate patients, and be able to work with patients who are fearful, anxious and hurting. A thorough assessment is key to successful treatment and failure to properly assess, is one of the major factors in the under treatment of pain. During your session, there will always be a discussion on sleep pattern, nutrition and outside stressors that are contributing to your pain, as well as suggestions on where and how improvement can be made.
